Work is going on behind the scenes for this years EAA/SPA Christmas Party.  Cynthia Simpson is the coordinator and Michael Hedrick assisting

 

There will not be a main course but we will be having  appetizers and desserts. Suggestions are welcome and if you have something you'd like to bring please feel free.  There will be some short presentations but the overall theme is eat, visit  and enjoy the Christmas spirit
 

We are encouraging all to bring unwrapped gifts/new clothes for kids ages 3 to 17.  Donations of canned/boxed food, packaged food or non perishables.  If anyone has large barrels, or knows where to obtain some, to accommodate these donations, please let us know in advance.

 

Help will be needed in the set up on December 9 and final prep on December 10.  The hanger will have to be swept, mopped and the floor buffed, per Duncan.  The decorations will need to be put out and lastly the aircraft and cars will be moved outside of the hanger.  If it rains then we will need tarps over the vehicles and cockpits of the aircraft. Suggestions on Christmas music are encouraged.  Time is short and the more that help will make this a memorable Christmas event.
